Alcohol:

Chaos Arcade will adhere to all rules and regulations pertaining to alcohol use and service as listed by the Washington State Liquor Board, even those that are not listed in this section. Any violation of such rules by a customer may result in service refusal, a ban, ejection, charges pressed against them, or all of the above. 

Chaos Arcade reserves the right to refuse alcohol sales to any customer for any reasons in accordance with Washington State Laws and Spokane County Laws, even if the customer is of age. It is illegal to serve a customer who is displaying signs of intoxication in WA. 

Chaos Arcade will not serve alcohol to customers without a valid and current ID; please be prepared to show your ID at the alcohol pickup point in exchange for a wristband. Customers without a valid ID will be refunded their alcoholic drink order. 

All customers must be 21 or older to purchase an alcoholic drink. It is illegal to purchase alcoholic drinks for a minor. 

All customers who are drinking alcohol must wear a Chaos Arcade-designated alcohol wristband. Customers drinking without a wristband or valid ID must surrender their drink and will not be refunded. 

Customers are allowed one single alcoholic beverage per person at any given time. You must finish your drink before you are able to pick up your new drink order. 

Alcoholic drinks must not be left unattended- unattended alcoholic drinks will be discarded with no refunds offered.

WA State has open container laws: It is illegal to bring your alcoholic drinks outside of the premises. 

Chaos Arcade does not allow any outside food or drinks, there are no exceptions to this rule. Bringing outside alcohol into the premises will result in a permanent ban with no refunds for any existing purchases.
